At Auguste The Label, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags remain attached and the items are in unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, affix it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or store credit to be issued.
